KSI Ownership Changes

Minneapolis, Minnesota, June 23, 2008: Effective May first of 2008, Phil Berkness and Richard Pogin purchased KSI Swiss from the McBride family. This transaction is an exciting move forward for the company, which has added a new CFO Richard Pogin to the ranks of an already successful organization. Phil Berkness became the new CEO of the organization. With more than thirty years experience selling and supporting swiss style machines in the industry, Phil Berkness has always been driven to provide the best products, support, and service in the industry. Richard Pogin has 30 years of experience in the financial services field. He has been the primary person responsible for in excess of $100 million of real estate financings. The experience that Phil Berkness and Rich Pogin bring to the table provides KSI Swiss with a competitive advantage in the swiss market. KSI Swiss is excited about its recent growth and is dedicated to becoming a major player in the swiss machine market.

New Series Launching We're pleased to announce our two new series, the SM20 and the SQX 32/38. Please check the products page for more information.

New Dealers Added To continue to improve our relationships with the end customers, we've decided to begin to add more dealers around the country. These dealers will offer more localized service and support as well as offering a local contact for any additional machine purchases. Check out our sales and support section to find a dealer in your area.

KSI School Scheduled for JulyThis class will be offered to both end users of the machine as well as for installers of the machine. Certified machine installers and sales engineers will take an extra class for some additional training.

New Building Nears CompletionThe new building in Minnesota is coming along nicely, we're hoping to see it completed at the end of March, and we're hoping to move in some time in April.
